Photography is more than a job to me-- it's my passion, and I work hard to make that apparent in both the images that I create and the relationships that I build with my couples.
I'm a firm believer that the biggest risk in life is not taking one. On a fateful day in early 2017, I took a leap of faith in moving to a small island in the Pacific where I had never visited and where I didn't know a soul. That decision has been the single most significant and best of my life. I still get butterflies in my stomach when I contemplate the wonder of this majestic place as I sink my feet into warm sand during a beach walk/run, taste the salty spray as I paddle out to surf my favorite break, or smell the earthy moss in the forest while hiking.
Photography is more than a job to me-- it's my passion, and I work hard to make that apparent in both the images that I create and the relationships that I build with my couples. I’ve spent many years caring for dying people and their families as a hospice nurse, and I know how important photos of life’s most precious moments are. Photography breathes life into the memories that we hold in our hearts. I do not take lightly the trust that you place in me to capture your memories.
I want to be more than an anonymous wedding vendor to you. I want to get to know you: Where you're from, how you met, what made you fall in love, and why you chose Hawai'i to celebrate your love. I love sharing the joy of this stunning place with others, and I want you to leave the island having made a new friend.
I am ready to welcome you to Maui, and to capture your celebration with aloha!
