My process is simple and thoughtfully guided from our first email conversation to the final delivery of your gallery. With 8 years of experience photographing weddings and elopements across Maui, I’ll help you think through timing, locations, and the details that allow your day to flow smoothly. In the end, you’ll have a collection of beautiful images that bring you right back to how it all felt.

Tailored package options. Choose from curated packages that fit your celebration, then customize with extra hours or add-ons as needed. Every wedding is unique, and your photography should reflect that.

Guidance and support from start to finish. Clear, transparent communication and help with all photography details, so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.

A gallery of artfully edited, elevated images. Every usable photo from your day is carefully edited and delivered in a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing—no holding back and no choosing your favorites required.

MY PROCESS

Stage 1: Connect & Envision

Start by reaching out with your date, location, and a bit about your plans. From there, I’ll follow up with availability, tailored pricing, and next steps based on your vision. If it feels like a good fit, we can connect further to finalize the details and begin shaping your photography experience.
Stage 2: Lock in Your Date

To reserve your date, you’ll sign an electronic contract and submit a non-refundable 30% retainer. Payment plans are available for the remaining balance.

Now we can get started planning the photography details for your day!
Stage 3: Plan with Intention

For elopements and intimate beach weddings, I will assist with photography planning to help you decide the best locations, timing, and vendor recommendations. If you are having a larger wedding, I’ll develop a photography timeline and work closely with your wedding planner.
Stage 4: Celebrate Your Day

The day has arrived and you’re getting married on Maui! You can be fully present knowing photography is taken care of and your day is being documented with care and professionalism. Your only job is to be yourself, enjoy the experience, and soak it all in.
Stage 5: Relive the Memories

After your wedding day, I carefully go through and hand-edit every usable image with attention to color, light, and detail. Before you know it, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your photos.

It’s important to respect the Hawaiian culture and obey all laws regarding weddings and photography. This means that many remote locations and waterfalls on Maui are off the list. However, I can point you toward stunning, permissible locations that are a little more quiet and less traveled and I will assist in obtaining the proper permits.

If you want something different than a beach location, there are some Maui venues and private properties (with waterfalls too!) that offer a unique wedding experience for an additional fee.
For elopements and small weddings, I can help with location ideas, timing, and trusted vendor recommendations so your day feels seamless. For larger weddings, I recommend that you work with a wedding planner to ensure everything is well-coordinated and runs smoothly.

All-inclusive elopement packages are available if you’d like everything thoughtfully handled for you.
Maui weather can be unpredictable, but rain is often brief and location-dependent. I’ll help you build a flexible plan, suggest alternative locations if needed, and make sure you still have a beautiful experience regardless of the weather.
For elopements and micro-weddings, your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks in a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your images.
For larger weddings, you can expect your images within 6 weeks.
You’re not alone—most couples feel this way. I’ll guide you with simple direction so nothing feels forced or overly posed. The goal is for you to feel comfortable and present, and for your photos to reflect the joy and beauty of your day.
